1. Reservation Changes
Changes to your reservation will be accepted only with the prior approval of the Rental Company.
Reservation changes are permitted up to one month prior to the scheduled rental date.
2. Reservation Cancellations
Cancellations made up to one month before the reservation date are free of charge.
For cancellations made thereafter, 50% of the reservation deposit will be charged as a cancellation fee.
3. Insurance Coverage
Basic insurance coverage is included in the rental.
- Bodily Injury Liability: Unlimited (per person / per accident)
- Property Damage Liability: Unlimited (covering damage to other vehicles only).
Damage to fixed objects (such as poles, fences, walls, or buildings) is not covered,
unless the optional Fixed Object Coverage (additional fee: ¥30,000) has been purchased.
- Personal Injury Protection: Up to ¥30,000,000 per person
Note: Vehicle damage insurance is not included.
In the event of an accident, the Renter shall bear a deductible of ¥300,000.
4. Non-Operation Charge (NOC)
If the vehicle becomes damaged, excessively soiled, or emits a strong odor, the following fees will apply:
- If the vehicle is still drivable: ¥35,000
- If the vehicle is not drivable: ¥55,000 + towing costs
NOC may also apply in the following cases:
- Smoking in a non-smoking vehicle
- Unreported damage (e.g., hit-and-run incidents)
- Pet hair or odor left in the vehicle
- Excessive dirt, stains, or odor (mud, spilled food, trash, etc.)
The vehicle’s condition will be inspected upon return, and the above charges will be applied as necessary.
5. Gross Negligence or Violation of Law
The Rental Company shall bear no responsibility for any accident or damage arising from the Renter’s gross
negligence or violation of any laws or regulations.
6. Parking Violations
If you receive a parking violation ticket, you must report and settle it upon vehicle return.
Failure to do so will result in a penalty charge of ¥150,000.
7. Fuel and Equipment
Vehicles must be returned with a full fuel tank.
If not, a refueling fee based on local fuel prices plus a service charge will apply.
Please do not remove, damage, or lose any optional equipment or accessories provided with the vehicle.
8. Extension of Rental Period
To extend your rental period, please contact us as follows:

Unauthorized extensions or late returns will incur additional fees and penalties.
9. In Case of an Accident
If an accident occurs, immediately call the police (dial 110),

10. Mechanical Failure
Although vehicles are regularly inspected, unexpected mechanical issues may occur.
If a failure happens, contact the Rental Company immediately.
Please note that no compensation will be provided for substitute vehicles, transportation, or accommodation
expenses resulting from such failures.
11. Handling of Personal Information
Your personal information will be managed in accordance with Japanese law.
It may be shared with insurance companies, law enforcement, or legal representatives when necessary.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
Any dispute arising hereunder shall be submitted to the court having jurisdiction over the Rental Company’s
principal place of business as the court of first instance.
Acknowledgment and Consent
By signing below, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to all the terms and conditions set forth in
this Agreement.
