On the day of your pickup, please contact our customer service team at bigeastpark2@gmail.com to confirm that your vehicle is ready.
Your car and keys will be prepared at your designated location, allowing for a contactless handover by default.
If there are any issues with your paperwork or if you would like a vehicle walkthrough, a staff member will meet you on site.
Vehicle handoff is available either within Sapporo City or at New Chitose Airport.
Please let us know your estimated return time in advance, and kindly return the vehicle to the designated location by that time.
Returns can be arranged either within Sapporo City or at New Chitose Airport.
BIG EAST is pleased to assist with the pickup or delivery of a vehicle to your preferred location.
Complimentary pickup and delivery services are available within 15 miles (approximately 24 kilometers) of central Sapporo.
For locations outside of this 15-mile radius, a member of our staff will provide a quote for any additional charges.
It is common for BIG EAST to deliver vehicles to your place of stay, the airport, or your business venue.
Please note that all required paperwork must be completed before BIG EAST can dispatch a vehicle, and service availability depends on our team members' schedules.
