Shipping Policy
At BIGEAST, we strive to deliver your orders efficiently and securely. Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the following countries
Asia: India, Indonesia, Cambodia, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Nepal, Bangladesh, Vietnam, Malaysia, Mongolia, South Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan, China.
Oceania: Australia, New Caledonia, Papua New Guinea, Fiji.
Europe: Iceland, Ireland, Albania, Andorra, Italy, United Kingdom, Estonia, Austria, Netherlands, Guernsey, Kazakhstan, North Macedonia, Cyprus, Greece, Croatia, Kosovo, San Marino, Gibraltar, Jersey, Switzerland, Sweden, Spain, Slovakia, Slovenia, Serbia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Germany, Norway, Vatican, Hungary, Finland, France, Bulgaria, Belarus, Belgium, Poland, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Portugal, Malta, Monaco, Moldova, Montenegro, Latvia, Lithuania, Liechtenstein, Romania, Luxembourg
North America: Canada, Saint Pierre and Miquelon, Mexico, United States.
❌ We do not ship to FPO, APO, P.O. boxes, convenience stores, open parcel lockers, or locations where the recipient cannot directly receive the package.
⚠️ Please ensure your shipping address is correct, deliverable, and complete (including suite, apartment, or room numbers if applicable). We are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect addresses.
2. Shipping Methods
- Orders are shipped via Japan Post EMS or Airmail.
- BIGEAST selects the most suitable shipping method based on your location.
- All orders include tracking information, which will be provided via email once the package is shipped.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Shipping times vary depending on the destination. Below are the estimated delivery times:
- Asia: 3-17 days depending on the country.
- Oceania: 9-10 days.
- Europe: 6-10 days.
- North America: 7-14 days.
🚨 Delays may occur due to customs inspections, weather conditions, or logistical disruptions. BIGEAST is not responsible for delays beyond our control.
4. Shipping Fees
- Shipping fees are calculated based on weight, size, and destination as per Japan Post regulations.
- There is no free shipping option at this time, but we recommend purchasing specially designated sets that offer free shipping.
- You can check the exact shipping cost at checkout after entering your shipping address.
5. Shipping Issues & Compensation
BIGEAST applies Japan Post’s compensation system for lost or damaged shipments.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please follow these steps within 8 days of delivery:
- Take photos of the package, inner contents, and the damaged product.
- Visit your nearest post office with the package and report the damage.
- Request a Damage Report (CN24) from the post office and take a clear photo of the report.
- Submit all evidence to BIGEAST for investigation with Japan Post.
- Compensation Notification & Refund: The investigation may take 2 weeks to 6 months depending on the shipping method. If damage is confirmed, Japan Post will issue compensation covering the product and shipping cost. Partial damage may not qualify for full shipping reimbursement.
Lost or Undelivered Orders
Orders may qualify for compensation if:
- Declared lost by Japan Post.
- Rejected by local customs and returned to Japan.
- Returned due to missing or incorrect shipping labels.
⚠️ Report lost orders within 30 days of the expected delivery date. BIGEAST will request an investigation with Japan Post. If eligible for compensation, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
⏳ Japan Post investigations may take time. If a refund deadline is exceeded, an alternative refund method may be used.
6. Restricted Shipping Areas & Regulations
Some countries have import restrictions on food products. Please check local regulations before placing an order. BIGEAST is not responsible for packages delayed or rejected by customs.
