Reservation-Only Car Rental
Ski & Snowboard Storage Service
Please complete and submit the reservation form on your preferred vehicle page.
After reviewing your request, we will send a confirmation email within 24 hours.
If you do not receive an email within 24 hours, please check:
・Your spam or junk folder
・That the email address you entered is correct
Please submit the following by email when making your reservation:
・A copy or image of a valid International Driving Permit issued in Japan(for all drivers)
・Signed rental agreement(instructions will be provided)
・Payment of the rental fee
Details on how to submit these items will be included in your confirmation email.
Your vehicle will be prepared at the designated location you selected at the time of booking.
We will send photos or videos in advance showing the meeting point and vehicle location, so even first-time customers can find us easily.
After checking the vehicle condition, you are free to depart.
Our staff will be waiting at the return location specified in your reservation.
Please refuel the vehicle to a full tank at a nearby gas station before returning it.
If the tank is not full, a fuel charge based on mileage will apply.
Our staff will inspect the vehicle for damage and condition.
We offer an annual ski and snowboard storage service for travelers who visit Japan every year for winter sports.
By storing your ski or snowboard gear with us before returning home, your equipment will be kept safe until your next trip—making future travel lighter and more comfortable.

If you wish to extend your rental period, please contact us in advance.
Unauthorized late returns will incur a separately defined penalty fee.
Changes are accepted up to one month before the rental start date.
Please contact us as early as possible.
・Cancellations made one month or more before the rental date: Free
・Cancellations after that: 50% of the reservation deposit
If we do not hear from you within one hour after the scheduled pickup time, the reservation will be considered canceled and a cancellation fee will apply.
In the event of an accident during your rental, coverage is provided up to the policy limits.
