Returns & Refund Policy

At BIGEAST, we prioritize product quality and food safety. Due to the nature of our products, returns and exchanges are not accepted. However, if you experience an issue with your order, we are happy to assist you by offering a refund under certain conditions. Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Refund Eligibility

We do not accept returns for the following reasons: ✔️ Food Safety Regulations – Once a product has been shipped, we cannot accept returns to maintain hygiene and safety standards. ✔️ Personal Preference – Refunds are not issued due to taste, preference, or a change of mind. ✔️ Order-Based Procurement – We source products based on customer orders, so we cannot restock returned items.

However, if you experience any of the following issues, you may request a refund within the specified timeframe:

🔹 Expired or Near-Expired Products Upon Arrival

  • If your product arrives with an extremely short expiration date (e.g., less than one week) or has expired due to a shipping delay, contact us within 3 days of delivery.
  • You must provide a photo showing the expiration date.

🔹 Wrong or Missing Items

  • If you receive the wrong item or an item is missing, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

🔹 Damaged or Defective Products

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, report the issue within 3 days with photos of the damaged item and packaging.

2. Refund Policy

If your refund request is approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method under the following conditions: ✔️ Refund processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.
✔️ Refunds will only be issued for the affected product(s), not for the entire order unless all items are impacted.

Refunds are not issued for:
❌ Delays caused by customs, weather, or transportation disruptions.
❌ Slight variations in product packaging or design due to manufacturer updates.
❌ Minor cosmetic damage that does not affect product quality.


3. How to Request a Refund

📩 Contact us via email within 3 days of receiving your order. Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the affected product (if applicable)
  • A brief explanation of the issue

We will review your request and respond within 24 hours.


4. Refund Processing

After we receive and inspect your refund request, we will notify you whether it has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

5. Important Notes on Shipping & Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure that your shipping information and address are correct, deliverable, and complete (including suite, apartment, or room numbers if applicable).
  • Customs delays and duties vary by country. We are not responsible for additional charges or delays at customs.
  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to collect, we may not be able to offer a refund.
