We offer a convenient, villa-exclusive luggage service that allows you to ship your bags directly to the villa before your arrival. Skip the hassle of carrying heavy suitcases through the airport or during sightseeing, and start your Hokkaido journey with ease. Especially during peak travel seasons and long holidays, finding coin lockers can be difficult—this service saves you time and stress.
Your luggage will be safely stored and placed in your room before check-in, so you can enjoy sightseeing or dining hands-free even before your stay begins. Perfect for travelers who want a smoother arrival and a more comfortable experience from the moment they land. Please note that shipping fees are the responsibility of the guest.

We offer free parking for up to three vehicles right in front of the villa.
Guests can also take advantage of our exclusive rental car discount—available only to those staying with us.
We provide a complimentary pick-up service from New Chitose Airport or Sapporo Station between 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM.
If you’d like to use this service, please mention it in the notes section when booking.
Ship your luggage in advance from home or a previous hotel and enjoy sightseeing hands-free.
After your day out, we can pick you up at Sapporo Station, Kuriyama Station, or Yuni Station between 5:00 PM and 8:00 PM.
Luggage service is $30 per group and requires advance reservation.
Buses and trains are available but limited, and transfers are usually required.
We offer station pick-up for guests arriving by public transportation.
Nearest stations: JR Kuriyama or JR Yuni (Pick-up hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM)

You can also take a taxi directly from New Chitose Airport or Sapporo Station.
Taxis are always available at both locations, but we recommend booking in advance if you have a large group or extra luggage.
