Escape the hustle and bustle and enjoy your own private villa surrounded by nature. HOKKAIDO VILLA BIG EAST is a spacious, fully private two-story villa located about 30–45 minutes by car from both Sapporo and New Chitose Airport, with easy access to popular destinations like Asahiyama Zoo.

This peaceful retreat is perfect for travelers looking to unwind in a quiet setting, while still being within reach of Hokkaido’s top attractions.

The villa can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests and features three bedrooms (2 king beds and 2 single beds). The cozy living room is equipped with a projector so you can enjoy Netflix or YouTube on the big screen. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook with local ingredients, including an IH stove, microwave, oven toaster, pressure rice cooker, SodaStream, coffee maker, and dishwasher.

There’s a full bathroom with a bathtub as well as a washing machine—perfect for longer stays or family trips.

A private parking area for up to three cars is available right in front of the villa. Since the villa is located in a quiet, natural area, we recommend arriving by car or using a rental vehicle. Guests can also enjoy a special discount on rental cars—just ask us for more details!

Next to the villa, you’ll find a peaceful shrine that locals say brings good energy—especially beautiful during cherry blossom season. Several restaurants are within walking distance, and you’ll find a supermarket and convenience store just a 5-minute drive away, making your stay easy and comfortable.

In the garden, there’s a BBQ area and a small vegetable garden (coming soon!). We also offer free bicycle rentals and ski gear rentals (for a fee). A local ski resort is only 15 minutes away by car, so it’s easy to hit the slopes.

Guest Access
The entire villa is yours during your stay. You’ll have full access to all rooms and amenities, and there’s space to park up to three cars right outside the front entrance.
