How to Eat Plus

How to Prepare Your Japanese Ramen

  1. Heat lard in a pan and stir-fry your favorite vegetables, such as bean sprouts and onions, for about 1 minute.
  2. Pour hot water into the pan, add the special soup base, and stir well until fully dissolved.
  3. In a large pot, bring plenty of water to a boil. While waiting, gently loosen the noodle bundle. Once the water is boiling, add the loosened noodles.
