Orders, Cancellations & Changes
Q. Can I cancel my order? Plus

A. Yes, you can cancel your order before it has been shipped. Please contact our customer service for assistance.

Q. Can I modify my order? Plus

A. Generally, orders cannot be modified. However, before shipping, you can update your shipping address, phone number, or email address.

Q. Can I change my shipping address? Plus

A. Yes, you can update your address for free before the order is shipped. Once shipping has started, changes will be handled by the carrier, and if successful, a $15 change fee will apply.

Q. Do you ship to FPO, APO, or P.O. Box addresses? Plus

A. Unfortunately, we do not ship to these addresses. Orders with these addresses may be canceled or automatically returned.

A. Yes, prices may change without notice. Sale prices are set by our shop and are available for a limited time.

Shipping & Order Processing

A. Orders are shipped Monday through Sunday (excluding holidays). Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours, but during busy seasons, it may take an additional 2-4 business days.

Q. What shipping methods do you use? Plus

A. We ship using Japan Post (EMS, Airmail, International Parcel), and we select the best method based on your location.

Q. Do you ship internationally? Plus

A. Yes, we ship worldwide from Japan using EMS or International Parcel. All shipping methods include insurance against loss or damage.

Q. Can I track my order? Plus

A. Yes! Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number.

Q. How much is shipping? Plus

A. Shipping fees are calculated based on Japan Post rates, considering weight, size, and destination. Add items to your cart and proceed to the shipping selection page to check the cost.

Delivery times are estimates and may be delayed due to customs inspections, weather conditions, or other unforeseen factors.

Customs & Taxes

BIGEAST orders shipped internationally are considered personal imports and may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees based on your country’s regulations. Any import tax, return shipping fee, or other charges imposed by customs are the customer’s responsibility. Please check your local import laws before placing an order.

A. Customs is a government agency responsible for collecting import duties, inspecting shipments, preventing smuggling, and regulating trade policies.

Q. What is an import duty? Plus

A. Import duty is a tax levied by customs on imported goods. Depending on the value and quantity of the items purchased from BIGEAST, your order may be subject to import duties.

If customs applies a tax to your order, you are responsible for paying the import duties directly. These fees are separate from shipping costs and are collected by customs in your country.

  • BIGEAST cannot guarantee customs clearance or prevent items from being seized or rejected.
  • We cannot provide assistance regarding customs or tax inquiries. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
Invoice & Shipping Label Information
Q. Why does the invoice amount not match my payment? Plus

A. The declared item value and shipping costs listed on the invoice may differ from your actual payment. If customs duties or local taxes are applied to your package, they may be calculated based on the declared amount on the invoice.

Cases Where This May Occur:

  • For Free Shipping Orders: If your order qualifies for free shipping, BIGEAST covers the actual shipping cost, which may not appear on the invoice.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
Q. What if my order is lost? Plus

A. If your order is not delivered within 10 days of the expected delivery date, please contact us for assistance.

Out-of-Stock Items
Q. What happens if an item is out of stock? Plus

A. If your entire order is out of stock, we will notify you of the cancellation. If only some items are unavailable, we will remove them from your order and ship the rest, refunding the difference.

Returns & Exchanges
Q. Can I return or exchange an item? Plus

A. At BIGEAST, we prioritize product quality and food safety. Due to the nature of our products, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted. However, we understand that issues may arise, and we are happy to assist you on a case-by-case basis. Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.
