Shelf Life:2 months (approximately 60 days)
- Bring plenty of water to a boil in a large pot and add the noodles. Boil for about 4 minutes. (The noodles will naturally loosen, so avoid forcibly separating them with chopsticks or other utensils.)
- Place the provided soup base into a bowl and dissolve it with 270ml (just under 1 cup) of boiling water. For best results, warm the unopened soup packet in hot water (90°C for 1 minute) to melt the lard before use.
- Once the noodles are cooked, drain them well and transfer them to the bowl with the prepared soup.
- For added flavor, top with char siu, bamboo shoots, seasonal vegetables, or other toppings of your choice.
